Be nice
We are creating a nice, safe place for music fans to hang out, chat, dance, make friends, and generally have fun. So think before you type. If you are nice to people and they will be nice to you.

Be respectful
Treat people with respect as you would treat a close friend or family member IRL (in real life).

Have fun
vSide is a fun place. The key to the fun is you. If you're not having fun, take a break and log out. If someone is really bothering you, use right-click > Ignore and right-click > Report Abuse.

Be hatin'
We have a zero tolerance policy for offensive behavior such as messages of hate, racism, and extreme profanity in vSide public districts. Violators will be booted and even banned for life.

Cyber
Anything considered sexually explicit, pornographic, obscene, vulgar or otherwise objectionable is prohibited in vSide. Violators can be banned for life.

Give Out Info
Don't give out your password, ever! Don't tell people any personal information about yourself, either. Also, revealing personal information about another individual for malicious purposes (including libel, slander, defamation or harassment) is strictly prohibited.
