I saw ur post on my profile, this is how u put ur picture like that: go to the "me" directory, go to snapshot, below your avatar you see your backgrounds for your picture, look below that and you see a box. in that box you can put links to pictures from photobucket or something. it has to be a http link not an embed code. hope this helps.
